This is the perfect class for adult students who have an idea for a short film. Our on-camera acting teacher and indie film producer Mark J. Parker will share his knowledge of making films and teach students the basic steps in filmmaking. All students should have an idea of a short film to shoot be prepared to spend time writing and thinking about their project during downtime. Mark will guide you through the whole process of making the best video you can – from writing your script, prepping for your shoot, and filming with actors on locations, to editing the footage and posting/publicizing the final film. Students will not be expected to shoot their film during this time – this class is strictly to know the basics before making the film.
